PRODUCTS - Pumps

The Hydraulic Centre are specialists in the supply, repair and test of all types of hydraulic pumps, motors and valves.

Our objective is to provide the best possible service and support to our customers. We are staffed by experienced sales and service engineers who provide a wide ranging product selection advice service. Our facilities cover comprehensive unit stocks with full spares availability, plus technical and performance back-up, supported by extensive test equipment.

We aim to maintain a leading edge position in component technology. The rapid growth of the industrial market and performance of modern machinery pose many challenges to the customer. Our relationship with major manufacturers and suppliers enables us to offer our customers all the latest technologies.

Product developments have made it possible to achieve high operating pressures, excellent volumetric and mechanical efficiency with lower noise levels.

Every solution we design and supply is individually tested to the most exacting standards, allowing us to guarantee quality, price and performance.

We work closely with manufacturers such as Vickers, Racine, Metaris, Huade, Bucher, Voith and Galtech.


New Equipment
Outside of the manufacturers we have probably the largest stocks in the country.

As a stockist of Vickers Hydraulic Equipment we carry an extensive range of Vickers pumps, vane cartridges, valves, solenoids and spares.

• Piston Pumps: available as standard are pumps from PVB5RSY / LSY to PVB29RS / LS and PVQ10 to PVQ45.
• Vane Pumps: single vane pumps are available from 20V up to 50V and double vane pumps up to 4535V. This also includes V10, V20, VVB and VVA vane pumps.
• RACINE: As a Racine stockist we can offer the full range of pumps and spares. This includes PVQ PSSO 06CR up to PSV80.

Spare Parts
The Hydraulic Centre stock a full range of spares, including cartridges and seals, to repair Vickers and Rexroth pumps.

Repairs & Service Exchange Units
The following service exchange units are available:

• VICKERS: most models of vane and piston pumps
• REXROTH: 1PV2V3 and 1PV2V4 Pump sizes 12-63; Vane pumps, foot and pipe mounted pumps
• RACINE: PVQ, PVT, PVF, PSV, PVS pumps

We are preferred repair agents for Bucher pumps for the whole of the UK.

Experience gained from over 20 years within the hydraulic industry supported by our exclusive distributorships; means we are able to meet all your needs. We can help minimise expensive down time periods by offering on site repairs or by providing new or service exchange pumps from stock.
